Army:
New information has just been released that makes our point about the Chinese having an energy plan.
According to The Wall Street Journal, “China is now the world’s biggest energy consumer.” We’ve been saying since the beginning of the Pickens Plan that we were going to get into a bidding war with China over oil. China wasted no time on it.
Over the past 18 months, China has locked in more than $200 billion in oil supplies at known prices. They’re not our enemy in this. They’re being smarter than we are.
The only way for us to avoid paying $200-$300 per barrel of imported oil is to get onto our own resources like natural gas.
