Well, the third debate is over and done with. We’ve had two Presidential debates and the one with Governor Palin and Senator Biden.
The two candidates began to tip-toe up to the real issue of energy independence. Senator Obama actually talked about some details of what he would do, but neither one has anything close to an actionable plan.
After the debate Carl Pope, executive director of the Sierra Club, and I hosted a E-RALLY which was video streamed and which I hope you watched.
Carl and I took questions from more than 50,000 members of the New Energy Army who attended the event and posted them online during the debate. We didn’t agree on everything, but we are absolutely in agreement that we need to cut back on our oil imports and natural gas is the centerpiece of getting that done.
If you missed any part of this very interesting on-line video discussion, you can find it by clicking here.
Speaking of the New Energy Army… the numbers are growing toward that 1,000,000 mark. We had over 40,000 NEW enlistments last night during the E-RALLY. I need you to get just one person—just one—to join our effort by sending them here.
