I drive an extra block or too to save a penny on gasoline. Imagine in 3 years, if I had a bi-fuel car and there is a gasoline station at $4.19 and one at $4.18? But a possible future kicker- there could be an NGV filling station where I do the math and buy the equivalent of gas at half price. Want to reduce the price at the pump you gotta introduce a little competition for our business.
