Today, Senators John Kerry and Joe Lieberman unveiled the American Power Act. During an interview with Fox and Friends, Senator Kerry said the bill aims to “reduce our dependence on foreign oil by 50% for the first time in 30 years through the use of domestic natural gas for transportation as outlined in the Pickens Plan.”
