T. Boone Headed to Aspen

And it’s not for a vacation. From the Aspen Daily News:

Texas oilman T. Boone Pickens is bringing his campaign for wind energy to Aspen.

Pickens is slated to speak at Paepcke Auditorium on Friday [8/15] at 2:30 p.m. in a public presentation. Tickets are expected to cost $10.

Aspen Institute CEO Walter Isaacson said Pickens had been working on energy issues with Aspen Institute representatives and asked to speak.

“My answer to him was, ‘What time?’” Isaacson said.
